Policy

• All services are not refundable.
• Minimum charge is $10.00.
• Keep all your personal items with you. We will not be bold accountable for lost/stolen items.
• We reserve the right to take the next customer if you arrive a 10-minute late. You will be able to wait for the next available nail tech when you come in.
• Please allow 24 hours notice in advance for your cancellation or re-scheduling appointments. Your promptness is appreciated.
• Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. We are not responsible for lost/stolen gift cards.
• For your convenience, please inform our staff if you have any special needs, medical problems or allergies that may affect your service.
• Our technician has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated. Disrespectfully or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. We also can refuse to service a client when we believe the expectations can not be reached or negotiated.
• LA Nails has a very small space so we ask cell phone calls be kept to a minimum and speakerphone/facetime not be used.
• Kids are not recommended to be in nail salon due to nail chemical and drill tools. We are not responsible for any damage/accidents to your kids.
• All prices are subject to change.
